Temenos awards Prema Consulting Best Sales Partner in ME Region for the year 2019

February, 2024 – Zain Cash Iraq goes live with Temenos Transact as their Core Banking System with the help of Prema Consulting.

ZainCash Iraq, a mobile wallet service offered by Iraq Wallet (a subsidiary of U.A.E.-based March Holding), provides comprehensive financial solutions to a diverse clientele encompassing individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and large government entities. Their offerings include:

  • Current Accounts: Secure and convenient management of funds.
  • International & Local Money Transfers: Seamless movement of money across borders and within Iraq.
  • Bill Payments: Efficient and timely settlement of bills.
  • Cash-In/Cash-Out: Easy deposit and withdrawal of funds through a vast network of agents.
  • Mobile Recharge: Top-up of prepaid mobile balances for any operator in Iraq.
  • QR Payments: Contactless and secure payments at participating merchants.

Market Reach and Impact:

  • Over 1.2 million app downloads demonstrate widespread adoption.
  • An extensive network of 10,000 agents ensures convenient access across Iraq.
  • ZainCash Iraq also supports humanitarian organizations by facilitating cash disbursements to beneficiaries. Their efforts have successfully channeled approximately $381.7 million to UN entities.

Technological Transformation:

ZainCash Iraq recently underwent a significant IT modernization, including a core banking system upgrade. They implemented Temenos’ Transact platform, with Prema Consulting acting as the primary implementation partner. Prema Consulting played a crucial role in:

  • Customization: Tailoring the new core system to align with ZainCash Iraq’s unique business rules and workflows.
  • Integration: Seamlessly connecting Temenos Transact with the broader ZainCash ecosystem through the development of APIs and interfaces.

This successful project, completed in February 2024, has significantly enhanced ZainCash Iraq’s operational efficiency and scalability.

March, 2023 – Al-Saray Bank for Trade and Investment (ATIB) goes live with an updated version of their Digital Banking Solution implemented by Prema Consulting using Temenos Infinity Digital Platform

This new update introduced many new features such as, but not limited to:

  1. Customize notifications and alerts.
  2. Set display preferences.
  3. Set a profile picture for the account.
  4. Update personal information.
